The Birnbeck Massive is an inclusive social group of members and prospective members of Birnbeck Lodge. We meet on a social basis every 4 to 6 weeks for a few beers and usually something to eat in and around Weston on a Wednesday or Thursday evening. It’s been going for over a year now and is well attended with usually between 10 and 15 of us hitting the tiles of the town. We’ve found it to be an excellent way of really getting to know one another which in turn adds to the camaraderie within our excellent lodge. We also use it as a channel for advice and guidance on aspects of lodge work which gives mutual support and encouragement. Please come along if you’re interested – contact either Bro.
